Testimonials
“Mr. Bandelli is a consummate legal professional. I have known Stanford for more than fifteen years. I wish to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided to me and my family by the Law Office of Stanford J. Bandelli. I felt Stanford and his firm went above and beyond the agreed services. He was very responsive and attentive to my pluthera of questions and many emails. Unlike some attorneys he has the clients interest at heart.
Thinking back, words cannot express how grateful I am that Stanford accepted my case. Throughout the years, his commitment, dedication and untiring effort has successfully brought my case to a close on all fronts. I feel 100% confident in referring family and friends to him should the need arise.
Thank you so much for everything!”
“In the Fall of 2014, our company (E.A. Berg Associates) was in a transitional phase. In addition to acquiring and integrating smaller brokers to expand our geographical footprint, we were in the process of completing a large transaction to establish a presence in data analytics. As the food broker industry was in flux and the market was consolidating, the Company was taking steps to remain competitive while laying the groundwork for a prospective national solution for our clients. During this time, we retained Stanford Bandelli on an unrelated legal matter. We were very impressed by his level of professionalism and his commitment to our success. Within several weeks, it became clear that Stanford’s counsel could prove beneficial in matters pertinent to our Company’s affairs and he was retained as General Counsel. (His extensive background as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney assured us that he was trustworthy and skilled at negotiations). As General Counsel to the Company, we relied upon Stanford’s legal analysis and recommendations when making decisions of consequence concerning the future of our business. He was an active participant in all Board of Directors meetings and responsible for oversight in most matters requiring executive approval. In November of 2018, with Stanford’s assistance, we successfully completed a transaction that as a combined entity accounts for over $1B in sales and provides our clients with coverage throughout the United States.
As Stanford was a valued member of our team, we highly recommend him as General Counsel.”
It’s safe to say, when I met Bandelli, it was at my lowest point in life. I had recently been arrested by the Federal government for importation and distribution charges. After bailing out I met with my court appointed legal aid attorney. My initial meeting with this individual set the tone immediately. While providing my side of the story, she was taking calls, having people enter her office, and at one point telling me we could no longer speak if I was not going to be honest with her. Several days later, my search for a private attorney began.
I definitely had reservations in paying someone. My biggest worry, which I’m sure most can relate, was believing that this stranger would do everything possible to fight for my best outcome, my freedom. Attorneys tend to have this negative cloud over them, people believing they are just money hungry or are overworked. This was not the case with Bandelli, and I would soon find out. I received Bandelli’s information from a mutual associate who he assisted in the past. (I must add this client had what one would consider a favorable outcome.) Our first couple of meetings were the most important, rapport building.
Bandelli came in with no assumptions of my case or who I was as a person, at least this was my perception. From day one, Bandelli gave me no false hope of what lied ahead of us; however, what he did assure me was that he would use every resource readily available to him to fight my case. He also highlighted how he strategically takes on a set number of cases, ensuring his client’s receive the proper attention needed.
This process was right there on the edge of uncertainty until sentencing day. Weeks turned into months, then years, then the big day. Throughout those years Bandelli kept his word. Calling me on a regular basis to simply check in on my wellbeing. He provided community linkages based off my needs that in the long run helped me rebuild relationships with my family, and played a major role in my professional growth.Today, I am a program supervisor at a nonprofit agency that works with those who are incarcerated, formally incarcerated, or facing criminal charges. I know pay it forward through direct services. I grew a lot during this process. At age 24 I was facing a mandatory minimum of 150 months. By age 28, I received a favorable sentence of five years probation. Some may see this as failure due to receiving some type of punishment; however, this was truly the best I could get.
This portion is tough to write because I don’t want to seem disingenuous, but, if you ever met me you know I’m speaking the truth. Those seeking legal assistance, if you’re looking for someone that truly believes in everyone is innocent until proven guilty, Bandelli is your best bet. I think my most memorable moments with Bandelli would have to be seeing him interact with my family. He would give them this sense of faith, for lack of better term. Then, his passion for the field speaks for itself, just look at his track record.
